Congress has failed the American
people. With spending out of
control, taxes threatening to sky
rocket once again, and partisan
grid-lock having reached new
heights, it is no wonder that the
American people have completely lost
confidence in Congress. This is not
the way government is supposed to be
and it's time for a change. I am
running for Congress in the 2nd
District of New Hampshire to return
government back to the American
people.
Two years ago voters gave Paul Hodes
a chance. When he was elected
president of the freshman class,
Paul Hodes was handed a golden
opportunity to show leadership. New
Hampshire voters sent Paul Hodes on
a mission to change
Washington...instead, Washington
changed Paul Hodes. |

Candidate
for the 2nd Congressional District
Jim Steiner spent time in the
northwestern portion of the district, visiting the Grafton County
Senior Center and speaking before
the Good Ole Boys, a N. Haverhill
business group. He toured
businesses and the municipal
building, speaking with local
officials and business owners. Said
Steiner, "I already have friends up
here from routinely representing
clients in Grafton County these last
20 years." Steiner is a military
veteran who is a former Army Green
Beret. "Every time I visit, a must
stop for me is the plaque dedicated
to Rogers Rangers along Rte. 10 just
north of the Grafton County Superior
Court. Rogers Rangers were comprised
of New Hampshire hunters and
farmers. They served as the
forerunner of the units with which I
served. I always stop for a moment
of silence at that plaque."

My name is Grant Bosse, and
I’m running for Congress to
return Congress to its core
responsibilities; a strong
national defense, secure
borders, and an economy free
from over-taxation, unfunded
mandates, and
over-regulation.
As a local reporter, a State
House staffer, and an aide
to Senator John Sununu, I’ve
seen government work well,
and seen the price we all
pay when it doesn’t. I’ve
seen a Republican Congress
lose its way, and a
Democratic Congress adopt
the same bad habit, along
with some new ones of its
own.
It’s time we returned
Congress to its true
priorities, and returned
power back to individuals
and families. I’ll hope you
will join me.

I
have worked on some of the most
difficult issues facing our state –
budget, ed-ucation, energy, to name
a few – and have always reached
across the aisle to work with my
colleagues to craft the right
solutions. The people we serve have
never cared whether the answers were
Republican or Democrat. They cared
only that they were just and helped
our state. They have asked that we
legislate with honor and integrity
and that’s what I have tried to do
over the last 13 years. I also
believe that’s what people want in
their representation in Washington.
They want to see a government that
works for them, not against them.
That inspires them with their deeds
and their actions. People want
leaders and they don’t want those
who intend on dividing and tearing
apart our country. People no longer
want to listen to a chorus of
partisan bickering and neither do I.
We want a strong country to leave
for our children. One that allows
them to pursue their dreams the same
way we pursued our own. They simply
ask that we leave them with a nation
that is just a little bit better
than we found it. That’s why today I
am announcing my candidacy for the
Republican nomination for the Second
Congressional District.
